Wednesday run:

Another fine run down at the lake with my buddy Eric. Did our usual 6 mile loop.
We saw Peter, from our new Tues. group, and Katie from Rogue at the water stop at the rock. Was cool to see and chat with them.
Then we saw Paul trotting along, turns out he got up and out at 4am today to do 20 miles on the trail. Two loops. Two loops of fun. Two loops of nuts. Not sure what's gotten into him. That's a lot of running my friend. (other Paul news, sounds like he may join up with our Rogue group and train for Austin. will be cool to have him along for the ride)
We also saw coach Amy on the trial this morning.

So a fun and festive morning of running and seeing friends.

Hurricane Ike watch is on full tilt. Looks like we could get hammered here in Austin this weekend. As long as I get my long run in on Saturday I'm good with it.
