Saturday long run:

Great day of running. Excellent weather. Ran the 12 mile route with Eric. Excellent as always. Started out with Cindy, good to run with her. Coach Amy was at the second water stop, good to see her. Route was great, usual route up the east side, like the neighborhoods over there, then over to the west side, up to North Loop, over to Woodward, down to Shoal Creek, over to Medical, Russell was at the third water stop, good to see him, then down Rio Grande to 4th, and back to Rogue. Great route.

Ran in the Vomero 3's. They felt perfect today.

Tonight is the ARC party at El Arroyo. Should be fun. Tomorrow is the Silicon Labs Relay, definitely will be fun.
