Excellent run. 12 miles on the lake with Eric and Peter. Cold morning. Felt great throughout the run. Eric had to bail early to get to work. Gorgeous morning. Good times all around.
Hammy felt good, so that is good. And it was not sore during the day so that is even better.
Friday and Saturday will be all about Decker and packet pickup. Should be fun. And then running the race on Sunday.
