10 mile long run down at the lake with fellow Rogues.
Warm and humid. 73 degrees this morning made for a tough run.
Ran with Peter, and Emily, and Ed. Had a great time running with them. Good convo. Coach Amy and Mark led the group. They had a fairly large gathering. So it was fun. We all soaked after the run. And then off to Taco Deli for bfast. Good times.
