Excellent 12 miler with Eric and Peter this morning.
Cold, around 33 degrees at the start. Felt great throughout the run. Strong and free flowing. Good convo. Good times. Got colder towards the end of the run.
Picked up some btacos on the way home. good stuff after a long run.
had a great time with mr. and mrs. felix last night. was good to catch up with them and hear about their adventures over the last couple of weeks.
this weekend is a 20 mile run. looking forward to it. although it will be tough, with some big hills in the middle.
