It was a good day, a HOT day, a tough day.
Day started warm and humid at 59 degrees, by the time I finished it was sunny and 70. The heat hit pretty hard in the last 8 miles.
Although I didn't quite hit my goal of sub 4, it was the best race I could run today. It was hard, but I'm happy with the results.

WTG Chuck- I was thinking it might be a little on the humid side out there. Good job!! Can't wait for the full report.
