Sunday/Monday Runs:

Sunday 4.77 miles at the lake with John. Excellent run and soak afterwards.

Monday 5.5 miles at the lake with Eric. Good run and soak afterwards.

Not a lot of highlights here. A tough weekend of football, seems like everybody I like lost. Not good. Runs were great though so that's what counts. Hung out with Paul in the afternoon on Sunday and had a few beers and talked politics. Good times. Had fun.

Highlight of the day today was seeing Jess at BS before our run, after her swim. Great to see her.

Tomorrow AM is our quality run. Looking forward to that.
